Psychotherapy and consultation
_Nell Manning is a licensed psychologist providing therapy and
counseling services to adults struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and career transitions. She works with people struggling with sadness,
anxiety, grief or loss, life transitions, loneliness, relationship distress, divorce, career doubts or difficulties, and identity development. Dr. Manning provides a warm atmosphere in which individuals can explore their difficulties and feelings, better understand their personalities, and reach new resolutions and solutions.
She also helps people suffering from serious physical illness, including cancer, cope with the emotional experiences that can arise in such circumstances. These can include distress upon diagnosis, long-term adjustment for survivors, anxiety about the rigors of treatment, stage-of-life crises, palliative care, grief, and more. In addition to cancer patients themselves, she helps their family members manage and understand their own feelings and experiences. |
